Retail Duty Manager — Lead Store & Team

Iceland foods bitterne is seeking a committed and passionate Duty Manager to join our growing team. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement when managing shifts, alongside the base hourly rate of £11.60–£12.71. The role is part-time with 16 contracted hours.

As Duty Manager you will lead store tasks, help drive sales, and support a positive, inclusive culture. Experience in retail supervisory roles is helpful, but we welcome committed applicants ready to develop.
