Retail Finance & Sales Manager – Car Dealership (Company Car)

Listers Group is recruiting a Retail Manager for its Toyota Dealership in the UK. You will lead the sales team, grow gross profit, and specialise in finance, insurance and value-added products.

You will be at the core of customer inquiries, coach staff, and work with lenders to propose financial solutions while ensuring FCA compliance and accurate paperwork.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday with Sundays on a rota, and a company car is provided with an OTE of £62,000.
