About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to enhance the visual appeal and sales performance of their store in Norwich . You will be responsible for planning and executing effective visual merchandising strategies, ensuring that products are displayed attractively to maximize customer engagement and sales. This role requires a strong understanding of retail design principles, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling in-store presentations, working collaboratively with store teams to bring visual concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising plans according to company guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
• Create attractive product displays, window designs, and in-store arrangements.
• Ensure all merchandise is presented professionally and efficiently on the shop floor and in window displays.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with store staff to ensure product availability for displays.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in visual merchandising and retail design.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related retail display role.
• Strong creative flair and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into effective displays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with store teams.
