About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Operations Assistant to support their retail initiatives, working remotely from Leeds . Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the retail operations team, including managing schedules and correspondence.
• Assist with inventory management processes, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
• Accurately enter and maintain data in the company's inventory and sales management systems.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with store staff, warehouse teams, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports and performance analyses.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within retail.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
