Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Retail Operations Coordinator to support their store located in Plymouth, Devon . This role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the retail outlet, focusing on operational efficiency and compliance. While a significant portion of the role involves on-site presence to manage store logistics, there may be opportunities for hybrid arrangements for administrative tasks and planning. You will work closely with store management and head office teams to implement operational strategies and maintain high standards across all facets of the store's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and stocktakes.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the store.
• Support the Store Manager with staff scheduling, training coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to optimize product presentation.
