Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support store managers and staff with operational queries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Assist in the implementation of new operational processes, technology, and training programs.
- Manage inventory logistics, stock takes, and ordering processes to optimize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all retail locations.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail operations, administrative, or coordinator role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaunt with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with retail management software.
