About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Retail Operations Manager to lead their retail operations in the Coventry area. This role is critical for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance across multiple store locations. You will be responsible for implementing operational best practices, managing store teams, and upholding the brand's reputation for quality and service, playing a key role in the strategic direction and day-to-day success of the retail division.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and execute sales and operational strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Manage inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and minimize shrinkage.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure a positive store environment.
• Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Significant experience in retail management, with a focus on operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and control costs effectively.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Excellent understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ability to travel regularly between store locations within the Coventry region.
• Experience with retail management systems and POS software.
