About the Role

Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee their retail operations in Norwich . This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and managing the efficient day-to-day running of multiple retail locations. You will lead store teams, implement operational strategies, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock management. This is a key position for a retail leader in Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational execution across all designated retail stores within the region.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, sales performance, and brand representation.
• Manage store teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising standards.
• Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a senior retail management role with multi-site responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and improving operational efficiency in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in retail management software and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
