About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee critical operational functions at their store in Wolverhampton . This role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store, focusing on inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to operational standards. You will play a key part in supporting the Store Manager, leading by example, and ensuring the store environment is always optimized for sales and customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of retail back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, including stock counts, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Oversee visual merchandising execution, ensuring displays are attractive, well-maintained, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train staff on operational tasks, including stock handling, merchandising standards, and POS procedures.
• Monitor store cleanliness and organization, taking immediate action to address any issues.
• Assist the Store Manager with operational reporting and contribute to improving store efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail operations or supervisory role.
