You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of store operations, supporting the management team in areas such as stock management, staff supervision, and adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Support the management team in supervising and coaching retail staff.
• Manage stock control processes, including deliveries, stock counts, and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and loss prevention policies.
• Monitor and maintain store standards, including cleanliness and visual merchandising .
• Assist in implementing operational improvements and contributing to store profitability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role, with a focus on operations .
• Strong understanding of retail stock control, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety and loss prevention procedures.
