Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory processes, including stock counts, receiving, and dispatch.
• Supervise and train retail associates on operational procedures and customer service standards.
• Ensure the store is presented to the highest visual merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Manage stockroom organization and ensure efficient stock flow to the sales floor.
• Support the Store Manager in daily tasks, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
