About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Supervisor to support the management team in their busy store located in Birmingham . You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store, focusing on operational efficiency, stock management, and team support. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage stock levels, receiving deliveries, and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Assist in training and supervising retail staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or senior associate role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Familiarity with retail stock management systems and POS.
