About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Retail Operations Supervisor to support the smooth running of their store in Manchester . You will play a crucial role in managing daily operational tasks, ensuring efficiency in stock management, and supporting the store management team. This hybrid role allows for a blend of in-store and potentially remote administrative duties, focusing on optimising store processes and contributing to a positive customer and employee experience in the Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom operations, including deliveries, inventory counts, and stock replenishment.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining visual merchandising guidelines to enhance product display.
• Support the management team with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and operational procedures.
• Process customer transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries or issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or operations role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and retail operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, suitable for both in-store interactions and potential remote administrative tasks in Manchester .
