Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational tasks, including stock management, merchandising, and store standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Assist with staff training and provide guidance on operational best practices.
• Monitor stock levels and work with the team to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Address and resolve operational issues as they arise, escalating when necessary.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational and sales targets for the Stoke-on-Trent location.
