Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Oversee inventory management , stock replenishment, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a retail team.
• Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
