About the Role

You will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, from sales and customer service to staff management and inventory control. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to minimize loss.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
• Conduct staff training and performance reviews to develop team capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with all operational policies, health and safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Excellent leadership , communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
• A passion for customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
