Retail Supervisor: Lead Team & Customer Experience

The Entertainer in West Bromwich is seeking a 20 hour Supervisor to support the Store Manager, lead a small team and role model excellent customer service.

You will cover days off, run the store in the manager's absence, manage everyday operations, implement promotions, and help keep stock, tills and refunds running smoothly. Flexible hours and weekend key-holder duties are required, with training to advance your management career.
