Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee stock management, including replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Drive sales performance by implementing store strategies and encouraging team members to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
