You will be responsible for supporting the management team in day-to-day store operations, leading a small team of sales associates, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of retail assistants to achieve daily targets and maintain high service standards.
• Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Support with stock management, including receiving deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection and purchases.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment, with some experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, in the Leeds area.
