About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Team Leader to join their store in Bradford . In this role, you will support the management team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supervising a team of retail associates. You will be a key point of contact for customers and staff, ensuring the store operates efficiently and maintains high standards of presentation and service. Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers with their needs.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Supervise and guide the daily activities of the retail associate team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, processing returns, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment, with demonstrated success in customer service and sales.
• Experience in a team leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, according to store needs.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and POS systems.
