About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to guide and support their team at the Stoke-on-Trent store. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to foster a positive team environment and uphold the company's standards of excellence in Stoke-on-Trent . Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support throughout their shifts.
• Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales performance by actively promoting products and ensuring sales targets are met.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and till management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to visual merchandising efforts and maintain store presentation standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
