Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock management.
• Ensure the store is consistently well-presented, with effective merchandising and visual displays.
• Provide training and coaching to team members, identifying development needs and fostering a positive team culture.
• Assist with inventory control, including receiving stock, managing stock levels, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or Team Leader role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
