Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.
• Assist customers, process sales, and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Manage stock levels, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Implement visual merchandising directives to ensure store presentation is appealing and consistent.
• Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to management on team performance and operational efficiency.
