About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and inspiring Retail Team Leader to join their dynamic store in Bristol . You will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This role requires a natural leader with a passion for retail and a commitment to developing their team. You will play a key role in creating a positive and productive atmosphere on the shop floor, contributing directly to the store's overall success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide coaching and training to team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Assist with the opening and closing of the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory, including stock counts and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to visual merchandising standards and store presentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within retail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
