Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure all team members provide outstanding customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock receiving, replenishment, and stocktaking.
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members.
• Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative team atmosphere in the Sheffield store.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail role, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
