Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and products are displayed effectively.
• Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
