About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and trend-aware Retail Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Bristol . Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging window and in-store displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Create appealing product arrangements and merchandising layouts to maximize visual impact and sales.
• Ensure all visual merchandising elements are consistent with the brand image and overall store aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Maintain the presentation standards of the store, including cleanliness and organization of display areas.
• Stay updated on current visual merchandising trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to the role.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative display design and merchandising skills.
• Excellent understanding of color, form, and spatial design principles.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into impactful visual presentations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with store staff in Bristol .
• Flexibility to work on displays during store hours and potentially outside of core hours.
