Working within a newly established team, you'll help shape the delivery of retrofit programmes that make a lasting difference to our homes and communities. You'll provide leadership and oversight across retrofit activity, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and with customers at the heart of every decision. Working with colleagues, contractors and specialist partners, you'll coordinate activity from assessment through to evaluation, helping us improve energy performance, manage risk and maximise the impact of future investment. This is an opportunity to influence developing services, support colleagues and play a key role in delivering our long-term retrofit ambitions. Key Responsibilities Coordinate retrofit activity from assessment through to design, installation, handover and evaluation, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 requirements and organisational standards. Lead, support and develop members of the Retrofit Team, creating a positive culture focused on collaboration, quality and continuous improvement. Review retrofit assessments, property information and proposed measures, ensuring risks are appropriately identified, managed and recorded. Work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants and funding partners to support the successful delivery of retrofit and investment programmes. Ensure retrofit designs, evidence and compliance documentation are coordinated, reviewed and maintained to support programme delivery and quality assurance requirements. Support service development by contributing to retrofit strategies, procedures, policies and continuous improvement activities. Ensure customer needs, vulnerabilities, communication requirements and access considerations are incorporated into project planning and delivery. What you'll need to succeed A Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management, an equivalent recognised Retrofit Coordinator qualification, or a willingness to achieve the qualification within an agreed timescale. Strong knowledge of PAS 2035, including retrofit assessment, design coordination, installation assurance, risk pathways and evaluation requirements. Experience managing risk, quality, compliance, customer impact and programme delivery across multiple properties, projects or workstreams. The ability to lead, support and motivate others, building effective working relationships and encouraging a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, consultants, colleagues and senior managers. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and manage competing deadlines.
