Retrofit Site Manager – Social Housing (Grimsby, Mileage)

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a Retrofit and Capital Works Social Housing refurbishment contract across the Grimsby area. This temporary role involves leading directly employed and subcontracted teams to deliver projects safely, on programme and to required standards.

You should have proven site management experience in retrofit/refurbishment, SMSTS, CSCS, asbestos awareness, and a full UK driving licence.
