Senior Retrofit Site Manager – Social Housing (Grimsby)

Niyaa People Ltd are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support retrofit and capital works in the Grimsby area on a social housing refurbishment contract. The role involves leading directly employed and subcontracted teams, delivering works safely and to programme.

Ideal candidates will have retrofit or refurbishment experience, SMSTS, CSCS and a Full UK driving licence, with knowledge of air source heat pumps, PV and ventilation systems. Mileage paid and temp benefits apply.
