Revit Technician

Revit Technician – Leicester – 40-50k

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Revit Technician to join a growing and ambitious engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across a wide range of sectors, varying in scale and complexity.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality structural models and detailed drawings, working closely with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and detailed structural models and drawings using Revit Structures.

• Develop structural detailing for a variety of projects involving:

• Steel structures

• Reinforced concrete structures

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs are delivered to required standards and timescales.

• Maintain and manage project documentation and drawing revisions.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM and CAD processes within the business.

• Support and mentor junior technicians where appropriate.

Requirements

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Revit Technician within the structural engineering sector.

• Strong structural detailing experience across steel and concrete projects.

• Experience working on a broad range of project types and values.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Technical Skills

• Autodesk Revit Structures - Expert level proficiency.

• Autodesk AutoCAD - Expert level proficiency.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.

• Experience using MailManager for document and email management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of Revit Structures training at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and industry best practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
