About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and innovative architectural studio in Wolverhampton , West Midlands, is actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RIBA Part I Architectural Assistant . Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in developing design concepts, creating sketches, and producing 3D models using architectural software.
• Prepare drawings and documentation for planning applications and building regulations submissions.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and monitor site progress.
• Support the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings and design reviews.
• Undertake research into materials, building systems, and design precedents.
• Help maintain project files and contribute to the overall efficiency of the design team.

Requirements

• Completion of a RIBA Part I qualification in Architecture or an equivalent degree.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit , AutoCAD, and visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion).
• A strong passion for design and a keen interest in developing technical skills.
• Good understanding of basic planning and building regulations principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
