Rosette Chef de Partie - Lead a Section & Mentor Team

Eden Hotel Collection in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Chef De Partie to join a Rosette-standard kitchen. You will manage a section, prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes while mentoring Commis Chefs and Apprentices under the Head Chef.

You should have professional kitchen experience, a passion for ethically sourced produce, strong timekeeping and leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to delivering Rosette-standard food.
