Rosette Chef de Partie — Lead Section & Mentor Apprentices

Eden Hotel Collection in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Chef De Partie to manage a section, prepare, cook and present Rosette-standard dishes. You will work with the Head Chef and mentor Commis Chefs and Apprentices in a busy, quality-focused kitchen.

The role requires passion for food, strong timekeeping, and the ability to lead a team under pressure while delivering exceptional plates.
