Sales & Customer Service Advisors

Sales & Customer Service Advisors Attractive salary package Sheffield |

Office based, Monday–Friday

Good with people? Motivated by sales? Help build our new Sheffield commercial hub.

At Local Eyes, the commercial arm of Iconic Media, we’re building a team of commercially minded people who enjoy developing customer relationships, delivering excellent service and turning conversations into business.

This is a varied role combining customer service, account management and proactive telephone sales. You’ll help customers get the service they need, develop existing accounts and win new business.

A role with room to develop

You’ll support customers across a range of accounts and commercial campaigns. This could include our Family Notices customers, where handling enquiries and bookings with care, accuracy and professionalism is essential. These conversations can involve significant personal occasions, so listening well and responding sensitively matters.

You’ll also contribute to outbound commercial campaigns across the wider business, speaking with new, existing and lapsed customers about products and services relevant to their needs.

That could mean helping a local SME explore its marketing options, reconnecting with a previous advertiser or identifying an opportunity to offer more support to an existing account. As the business evolves, you’ll have the opportunity to support different products, services and revenue-generating initiatives.
