Sales Co-ordinator

The Role

At Pasquill, we are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. Apprenticeships will also be considered for this vacancy.

The candidate will be expected to complete a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship. It will be expected that the candidate will manage their time appropriately to complete any learning, assessment or tutor meetings that are required. The Design Office Manager will support and monitor the learning process.

The Sales-Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood, opportunities are progressed effectively, and relationships are strengthened through proactive communication and service excellence.

This is an onsite vacancy working at our site in Bodmir, working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5PM.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment Ability to work to KPIs and performance targets Strong organisational and time management skills Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to work with CRM/business systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively Results-driven with a strong customer-focused mindset

What you will be doing:

Delivering an exceptional customer experience, and sales administration support, to the design team Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood, opportunities are progressed effectively and relationships are strengthened through proactive communication and service excellence. Receive, assess and coordinate incoming customer enquiries in line with the Pasquill process. Maintain regular contact with customers regarding quotations and opportunities, helping to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. Building and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing customers
