Sales Consultant Home Counties & London Company Info Doshi & Co Accountants is a well-established accountancy firm based in Croydon, London, providing accounting services to small businesses since 1999. With 30 employees in England and over 500 colleagues in India, we support businesses with annual turnovers ranging from £100,000 to £500,000. About the Role

We are looking for a confident and driven Field Sales Consultant to cover the Home Counties and London region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys meeting business owners, building relationships, and generating new business. You will identify businesses that may be dissatisfied with their current accountant and introduce them to our services. In addition to generating your own leads, the company will provide appointments with prospective clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting with prospective clients across your territory.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners.
• Generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into clients.
• Providing daily activity updates via email.
• Conducting quarterly review meetings with clients you have signed.
• Encouraging referrals and repeat business from existing clients.
• Working towards sales targets and maximising the uncapped bonus scheme. Full training will be provided during your first 5 to 8 working days at our Croydon office. No accountancy knowledge is required, as we will teach you everything you need to know about our services. We are looking for candidates to start in February 2027, with interviews taking place in November 2026.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 4 years' sales experience.
• Experience working in a field-based or client-facing sales environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to adapt your approach when dealing with different types of customers.
• Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• Residence within or near the Home Counties. No accountancy or tax experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Benefits include:
