What\'s On Offer

• Hybrid working (3 days Coventry office, 2 days home)
• 2 weeks\' face-to-face sales training in Manchester with Furza (ISP accredited)
• Clear progression path into Business Development roles
• 25 days holiday (rising to 30 after 5 years) + option to buy more

The Role

Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you\'ll:

• Engage potential customers through calls, emails and LinkedIn
• Handle inbound enquiries and qualify new opportunities
• Communicate Thinventory\'s value proposition with confidence
• Hit (and beat) activity and pipeline targets
• Hand qualified leads to the sales team and keep CRM records sharp
