Sales Executive - FMCG

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their dynamic FMCG team based in Milton Keynes . In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding market reach within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for FMCG products.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating value propositions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and brand strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG industry .
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings in and around Milton Keynes .
