This role is critical in supporting the sales department by providing insights, optimizing processes, and managing sales technology. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.

• Support the sales team with operational processes, including lead routing and territory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Operations , business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Excellent understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
