About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to join their team in Reading . This hybrid role is essential for providing analytical support to the sales function, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the efficient operation of the sales team for our diverse FMCG products. You will be responsible for generating reports, analyzing sales performance data, managing sales tools, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards using CRM and other data sources.

- Assist in managing and optimizing sales processes and tools (e.g., CRM systems).

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
