About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support their sales team in Oxford . This role is essential for optimizing sales processes, improving efficiency, and providing critical data insights to drive sales performance. You will be responsible for managing the CRM system, analyzing sales data, and developing reports to support strategic decision-making. Working within a hybrid model, you will collaborate closely with sales leaders and the wider operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong analytical skills and an interest in the operational side of sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate regular performance reports for sales leadership.
Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales team effectiveness.
Support the sales team with operational tasks, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes and workflows.
Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs related to systems and processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Sales Operations or analytical role.
Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms.
Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with various teams.
Strong understanding of sales cycles and methodologies.
