Our client is looking for a strategic and analytical Sales Operations Manager to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of their sales processes across the UK. This role is central to supporting the sales team by streamlining operations, managing sales technology, and providing critical data insights. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and finance to ensure the sales engine runs smoothly and achieves its objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CRM system and other sales technology tools.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
- Streamline sales processes, including lead management, forecasting, and territory planning.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Support the sales team with training on sales tools and processes.
- Collaborate with finance on sales compensation plans and commission tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment , coordinating with remote and in-office colleagues.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the sales funnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
