You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing sales tools and systems, and providing data-driven insights to enhance sales productivity. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine sales processes and methodologies to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.

- Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership to drive revenue growth.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Proven expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting techniques, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
