Sales Support & Case Manager

The Role:

BDM Support:

• Answers and handles phone calls from brokers (when BDMs in meeting/on other calls)
• Chases the gathering of stips directly with the broker
• Sends and chases contracts directly with the customer
• Supports BDM with conversion of lower value/ lower Risk Grade offers - directly with brokers
