- Agile & DevOps Practices
- Salesforce Certifications (Architect/Developer) preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Define and govern Salesforce architecture, development standards, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead integration design and implementation across enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce technical issues and ensure optimal platform performance.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend innovative solutions to drive business value.
- Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
