Salon Operations Lead: Front-of-House & Events

Williams & Hirst on Wardour Street is seeking a confident Salon Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations, coordinate Front of House, and manage the rota for 18 chairs and 40+ independent hairdressers. The role reports to the Directors and requires strong communication, calm under pressure, and a hands-on approach to keep the salon running smoothly.

It involves stock control, supplier liaison, and support for brand events and private hires. Evening and Saturday work is essential.
