Experience of change impact assessment, organisational readiness and adoption. Strong governance, RAID, risk and dependency management capability. Experience managing commitments, delivery dates, dependencies and competing transformation priorities. Strong reporting skills, including evidence-based reporting and providing senior stakeholders with clear delivery insight. The ability to identify delivery risks early, recommend appropriate mitigation and escalate when required. A persistent, resilient and adaptable approach to delivery. The ability to work effectively where priorities, requirements and goalposts can change quickly. Please note: This is not an ITIL or application Change Manager requirement. Candidates need demonstrable organisational transformation and change experience, including experience operating within a government/public-sector environment.
