Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a School Cleaner to work within a school environment in Newton Aycliffe.

This is a temporary position initially for 1 month, with the possibility of being extended for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities Emptying bins and replenishing consumables Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and general cleaning duties Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the school Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience preferred Enhanced DBS Certificate (essential) Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail
