What You'll Be Doing

Planning and delivering engaging lessons within your specialist subject Supporting student progress across Key Stages 3 and 4 Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Monitoring, assessing and tracking student achievement Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and engagement Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff Contributing to the wider life of the schoolWhat We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching within a secondary school environment Strong classroom management skills Passion for high-quality teaching and learning Ability to motivate and inspire young people Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to applyWhat's On Offer
